Step 3 – Support Workers can scan a QR Code to immediately configure their device and automatically fill in the connection settings. Please refer to your welcome letter or email for the QR Code.

Tip: Centre QR Code (on screen or printed copy) on the scanner camera and it will automatically configure the settings. It may take a few seconds to successfully read the QR Code.

Step 5 – Select “CarelinkPlus” from the list of environments followed by the “Connect” button at the bottom of the following screen.

You will be required to enter your password each time you use CarelinkGo. Support Workers can choose the “eye” icon in the Password field to display/hide their Password.

Tip: This screen also displays the current version of CarelinkGo installed and a “Forgot Password?” button for Support Workers who have forgotten their Password. This button navigates to a new screen advising Support Workers to contact their local System Administrator. The “Back to Log In” button will return Support Workers to the Login screen.”

Step 7 – If this is the first time logging into CarelinkGo on this device, it will display a pop-up hints panel. These are known as ‘Coachmarks’ and provide hints on how to use CarelinkGo.

While active, ‘Coachmarks’ will be shown on the Roster and Reminders screens as you move around the application. After reading the message, you will need to press the “Next” button on the ‘Coachmark’ to acknowledge that message.
