Support Coordinators at UDC will help you learn more about your NDIS plan and assist you with:
- Negotiating services and produce service agreements
- Find and connect you with the right NDIS providers
- Assist with NDIS plan review meetings
- Connect you with the local community
- Help you in understanding aspects and budgets of your NDIS plan
- Listen to you and get to know you to ensure you’ll get the services you need
- Stay in touch with you regularly to ensure your services meet your needs
