NDIS is on its way Queensland – Are you ready?
As the National Disability Insurance Scheme ‘NDIS’ enters the final stages of roll out across Queensland, United Disability have formulated a specialised support team. Operating across the network, our team is focused on the Clinical and Behaviour support required during transition. We believe that a key ingredient to success is a strong communication link between clients, participants and their families.
Because of the varied needs of individuals, everyone requires a personalised approach to ensure that their needs are identified and met. Whether it is behaviour, allied health, assistive technology, home modifications, accommodation or other, you need to be specific about your support needs during your NDIS planning.
NDIS Planning Meeting
As individuals are contacted by their Local Area Coordinator for their planning meeting, questions may arise. As a result, our specialised support team are here to offer you guidance and support during this time. Our end goal is to ensure you are getting the most out of your NDIS plan. Therefore if you want support prior to your planning meeting, contact your Service Coordinator. They can then link into our specialised services team to identified your specific needs prior to your scheduled meeting.
