The day programs we facilitate include café outings, art gallery excursions, shipping trips, lawn bowls and pamper days.

We provide support to people with both high and complex mental health needs. Our services are available in supported independent living (SIL) accommodation, as well as the wider community.

Our team are committed to locating safe and comfortable accommodation for people living with disabilities. We will spare no effort to help you find the house and roommates that are best suited to your needs.

We are committed to helping the people in our care go about day-to-day life with dignity. That’s why we offer assistance with laundry, housekeeping, hygiene, meal preparation, budgeting and other key tasks.

Learn a range of skills to help you engage with the community. These include volunteering, communication skills, social skills, pre-vocation skills, leisure activity skills and many more.

Our support coordinators can help you better understand your NDIS plan, as well as negotiate and liaise with government bodies on your behalf. Assistance with annual plan reviews is also available.

Do you wish to apply for NDIS funding but are unsure whether you meet the requirements? To make the process simpler, here is the NDIS eligibility checklist. You must:

  • Be aged between 7 and 65
  • Reside in Australia, be an Australian citizen, have a permanent residency visa, or hold a protected special category visa
  • Have a significant, permanent disability, which requires support from another person to conduct daily activities
  • Require specialised equipment to function
  • Require support to reduce future needs, and;
  • Live in an area where NDIS services are available

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the legislation initiated by the Federal Government to support people living with a disability. By contrast, the National Disability Agency (NDIA) refers to the Government organisation responsible for the NDIS. NDIA staff support people with disabilities and their families to make plans to improve their quality of life. The NDIA provides the funding and support to facilitate this.

No. To qualify for NDIS support, your disability must be:

Caused by an impairment – A reduction or loss in: your body’s functions or structure, or how you learn and think. Impairments may be: neurological, intellectual, physical, sensory or cognitive.

The impairment is permanent – if the condition is likely to affect you permanently and all treatment options have been pursued.
