United Disability Care is committed to ensuring greater independence for the people we care for, encouraging participation and learning. We help each of their clients to live a life by their design.
Our service area continues to grow throughout Queensland, New South Wales ensuring greater accessibility and service options for people living with disability.
We also provide Indigenous and CALD support where activities are delivered in a respectful manner and designed with cultural awareness and social inclusion in mind. We offer personalised support services that foster and enhance our client’s cultural connection with their chosen community. Existing community links are maintained and strengthened, whilst accessing mainstream services and activities.
Through the provision of experience, knowledgeable advice and supportive services including Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), NDIS Service and Plan Management, Day Programs and Community Access, Respite Services and Clinical Support including mental health services and behavioural support.
