We are wanting to let you know how much your supports mean of our daughter. Special mention of Ann Langley and the support team. Thank you for the support to us, the family, and your passion and commitment.
I will need to continue with Mel and Sally as per usual. They are working out so well, I’m so happy with the level of service and care they provide each visit. This has been a really positive change, and one I wish to continue. They are both just lovely and make me feel good about myself. Nothing is a bother or too difficult. They are such lovely ladies and I feel very lucky to have them. Many thanks
Both my mother and I couldn't recommend UDC highly enough. The relief they have offer us both during one of the most stressful times of our lives has been absolutely huge. We will both be forever grateful to their ongoing support.
I just wanted to pass along a massive compliment from the Royal hospital treating team. They are incredibly impressed with the work that Alison is doing alongside Cynthia. They feel that Alison truly listens to Cynthia and supports in an incredibly kind and compassionate manner. A big thank you to the team Bec, it is such a pleasure to work alongside United Disability Care.
Thank you so much for taking care of Mum and Dad, I would be lost without you, thanks for telling me about NDIS for Mum and day to day life would still be a massive struggle for me. This funding has taken stress off my shoulders has given me my quality of life back and more time to be a Mummy and give him the much deserved attention and time he needs.
I just wanted to thank you both for your time today. I really appreciate your understanding and input. For the first time in quite a while I feel positive about a plan moving forward. Today was topped off by a brilliant Skype with Steven (and a staff member providing his ‘voice’). It was really great to see how happy he is. Again, many thanks.
I wanted to let you know what a wonderful job Leanne and her team have done this year caring for my sister, who resides at Southport. As you are well aware 2020 has presented many challenges but your team has gone out of their way to make live as normal and fulfilling as possible with all that was shut done with Covid. My Sister has had some difficult episodes this year due to her condition and the way the Carers have dealt with it with compassion, patience and understanding has been exemplary. A special mention to Leanne for her professionalism and dedication in her support of her health and wellbeing and helping review and plan the new NDIS plan. She had even come in on her day off to be involved in her review. As there are many carers that look after my sister, I don’t know all their names but also a special mention for Sonia and Judy. They all do a great job. On behalf of our family we greatly appreciate what is done on a daily basis in making Net’s life as fulfilling and rewarding as possible. Please pass on our gratitude to all your wonderful staff.
I would like to offer you my personal thoughts and feedback as to how my experience has been from the time I lodged my application for the NDIS. I thought it may be worth my while to see my doctor and ask her what her thoughts were about it and if she thought that it could be a possible option for me with my disabilities to assist my and help me move forward as my disability deteriorates with ageing. I went through all the steps required by the NDIS. I had a lot of guidance from Sarah from United Disability Care who was there to assist me with every step of the way by keeping me informed and updated through every step of the process. I am now feeling very fortunate and grateful as I have recently been approved for the program. that is sure to make a huge difference in my life, my lifestyle & my future wellbeing. For the first time in a very long time, I am feeling excited optimistic, happy and relieved. I am feeling very hopeful and positive of an easier life-style, getting out more and enjoying more activities.
We knew our son, Michael, would be eligible for support through NDIS, but had no idea how, or where, to start. We were so fortunate to be introduced to United Disability Care. We found Greg to be genuinely caring, and he clearly had comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the entire process. He met with us, and Michael, and took immediate ownership. We have been extremely happy with the outcome. Michael’s plan will be managed by UDC’s Colleen Reid. Already, we are so impressed with Colleen. Like Greg, she is proactively going the extra mile to ensure the very best outcome for Michael.
I am very happy being with UDC. I really enjoy this feeling that I am starting to gain some more control back in my life. My previous team wouldn’t let me do anything without a support worker, including going out for a date. I love that the UDC team are supporting me to complete tasks, such as conducting my own thumb prick test, which I was previously not allowed to do for myself.
